About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Fluidscapes Consultants. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW, with a proven track record of developing compelling visual content for both print and digital platforms. This role involves conceptualizing and designing a wide range of visual assets, including graphics, banners, logos, web layouts, presentations, and mockups.

The designer will play a key role in translating client briefs into innovative visual solutions, ensuring that all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment, requiring a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and excellent communication skills.





Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, with hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW. A solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout techniques is essential. Candidates should have prior experience in both print and digital design projects.

Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is required to facilitate effective communication within diverse teams and with clients. Basic knowledge of video editing will be considered an added advantage. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with task management tools such as Asana and Wrike is preferred. A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and conceptualize creative ideas based on client briefs and project requirements. Design and produce high-quality graphics, banners, logos, web layouts, presentations, and mockups that effectively communicate the intended message. Prepare rough drafts and prototypes to illustrate concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.

Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, consistency,



and adherence to brand standards before final approval. Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms. Maintain an organized workflow by managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the quality of work. Additionally, assist in basic video editing tasks when required, contributing to multimedia projects as needed.
