Graphic Designer – Corrugated Packaging & Print

About UsLinear Packaging Industries designs and manufactures corrugated packaging solutions. As we scale up with current clients, we're looking for a Graphic Designer who understands print production inside-out — not just design software.

About the RoleWe need a designer who can take a client's brief from concept to print-ready artwork for corrugated cartons, master cartons, and POP displays — someone equally comfortable with creative layout and the technical rigor of prepress.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and prepare print-ready artwork for corrugated cartons, unit boxes, and master cartons in line with client briefs and brand guidelines
- Manage the complete prepress process: dieline alignment, bleed, trapping, imposition, color correction, and file optimization for flexographic/offset printing
- Ensure color accuracy using CMYK and Pantone (PMS) color systems, matching approved standards and physical proofs
- Coordinate directly with the production/press team to troubleshoot artwork issues before and during print runs




- Create and adapt dieline layouts based on box specifications and structural requirements
- Design supporting collateral as needed — brochures, catalogues, leaflets, POP/standees — while maintaining brand consistency
- Liaise with clients and the internal sales team to understand design requirements and incorporate revisions
- Review and approve final print proofs to uphold quality standards before dispatch
- Maintain an organized artwork library with proper version control

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer specifically in the corrugated packaging or printing industry (non-negotiable)
- Strong working knowledge of CMYK and Pantone color systems, with an eye for color correction and accuracy
- Hands-on experience managing prepress: dielines, bleed, trapping, imposition
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW; comfortable with MS Office for layouts and client presentations
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, Printing Technology, or a related field
- Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple SKUs/projects and tight deadlines
