About the Role - We are seeking an exceptional, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to partner with our Marketing & Branding team on a project basis. This role requires daily delivery of unique, high-conversion visual assets specifically tailored for our paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a pixel-perfect & designer who understands how to blend premium real estate aesthetics with performance marketing strategies to create real, scroll-stopping visual graphics.

Key Responsibilities Design unique, high-quality creatives on a daily basis for paid marketing campaigns(Meta Ads, Google Ads, web banners, WhatsApp creatives). Develop original campaign Key Visuals (KVs) that stand out from typical templates,ensuring real, aspirational, and premium graphics for real estate project launches and offers. Work with architectural renders, project images, floor plans, and lifestyle imagery tocreate compelling digital and print assets.

Perform advanced image retouching, color correction, compositing, and enhancement ofproject renders and photographs. Support basic motion graphics, reels,



project teasers and video content to maximize adengagement. Use AI-powered creative tools to support rapid ideation, image generation, and fasterexecution.

Deliver production-ready artwork consistently while managing multiple quick-turnaround projects.

Required Skills Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma or Canva. Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy and CTR-optimized designs for paid media.

Experience working with real estate developers, advertising agencies or performancemarketing agencies. Positive eye for premium, contemporary, and aspirational design. Knowledge of AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT,or Canva AI. Ability to independently conceptualize briefs and deliver top-tier designs on strict dailydeadlines.
