About The Role

Business Outreach is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Pune. This role is ideal for a designer with strong roots in print media — leaflets, posters, and advertisements — who is also comfortable creating engaging static and occasional short-form content for Instagram and other social media platforms. Prior exposure to digital marketing is a bonus, not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design leaflets, advertisements, posters, and other print collateral end-to-end
- Coordinate directly with print vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and accuracy of print media assets
- Create graphic content for Instagram and other social media handles
- Support the marketing team with visual assets for digital campaigns, ads, and creatives as needed
- Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital design outputs
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

- Required Skills & Keywords Core Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign

Print Media Expertise: Leaflets, Posters, Advertisements, Print Collateral, Print Production, Vendor Coordination

Digital & Social Media: Instagram Content, Social Media Graphics, Static Content, Short-form Visuals

Bonus Skills: Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Basic Animation, Digital Marketing Exposure

Professional Requirements: Graphic Design, Portfolio Development, Brand Consistency, Time Management, Multitasking

Eligibility Criteria





- 1.5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong print media background
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or equivalent design tools); basic motion/video editing skills are a plus
- Hands-on experience designing leaflets, posters, and advertisements
- Comfort managing and creating content for Instagram / social media
- Graduation is compulsory
- Must be based in Pune or willing to work in office in Pune — only Pune-based candidates will be considered
- A mandatory portfolio link showcasing print and social/motion work
