About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Katraj, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, good knowledge of graphic design tools, and the ability to create engaging visuals for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging graphics for social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Create designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and marketing collaterals.
- Develop branding and marketing creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work on creative concepts from initial ideas to final designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand requirements and deliver designs on time.
- Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure high-quality final output.
- Explore new design trends, creative styles,



and AI-powered design tools to improve workflow and creativity.
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of AI tools for graphic design and creative workflows.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual composition.
- Experience creating social media, print, branding, and marketing creatives.
- Good attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
- Positive communication and time-management skills.

Experience

2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
