Role Description

We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team in Surat.

This is a hands-on, on-site role where you will work on a variety of visual communication requirements across social media, marketing, e-commerce, campaigns, and brand assets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual eye, understand contemporary design, and be comfortable working across different formats and platforms.

What You’ll Be Working On

- Designing creative assets for Instagram and other social media platforms
- Creating static posts, stories, campaign creatives, and promotional graphics
- Designing digital assets for product launches and new collections
- Supporting campaign and shoot-related creative requirements
- Creating banners and visual assets for the website and e-commerce platforms
- Designing emailers, promotional communication, and marketing collateral
- Assisting with packaging, inserts, cards, and other brand communication materials
- Creating mood boards and visual references for campaigns
- Adapting designs into different sizes and formats while maintaining consistency
- Working with the content and marketing team to execute creative ideas
- Maintaining consistency with SUBO’s visual identity and brand guidelines
- Organising and maintaining design files and creative assets




- Supporting other day-to-day graphic design requirements of the brand

Tools & Skills

Required

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva Pro
- Basic understanding of typography, composition, layout, and colour
- Solid understanding of visual aesthetics
- Ability to create clean, modern, fashion-forward designs
- Understanding of social media formats and digital content
- Basic knowledge of image editing and retouching is an advantage

What We’re Looking For

- Recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Design, Fashion Communication, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design ability
- Good understanding of contemporary visual trends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take a brief and translate it into a visual concept
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment and learn within a growing brand

Internship Details

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Work Mode: On-site

Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month

Opportunity: Potential to be considered for a full-time role based on performance.
