Graphic Design Intern (Canva)

Remote — India | 1-Month Project | ₹5,000–₹8,000 Stipend

We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern to work with us on a new collection of digital wedding stationery. If you enjoy graphic design, Canva, typography and visual storytelling, this is a focused project where you’ll have room to experiment and build original work.

The project involves creating 20 original wedding stationery suites in Canva, each consisting of a 5 × 7” wedding invitation, details card and RSVP card.

We’ll provide the creative direction and visual references. You’ll bring the design thinking.

What we’re looking to create The collection will explore a broad mix of wedding aesthetics from Old Money, elegant and editorial, botanical and romantic, vintage and heirloom-inspired, modern and minimalist, to richer color-led and expressive typography-driven concepts.

We’re interested in thoughtful use of serif, contemporary, handwritten and script typography, strong color combinations, composition and distinctive visual elements.

We’d also love each of the 20 suites to have its own character and visual identity, rather than feeling like variations of the same idea. Different typography, palettes, compositions and visual elements can give each concept its own personality while keeping the overall collection polished and cohesive.

Good Design, to Us, Is More Than Looking Valuable

We care about the thinking behind the visual.

What should someone notice first?

Where should the most important information sit?

When should something be bold, subtle or highlighted?

How should a CTA stand out without taking over the design?

How can a stationery, phone or screen mockup make the design immediately understandable?

Typography, spacing, hierarchy, color and presentation all play a role.

You don’t need to arrive knowing all the answers. Good visual judgment,



curiosity and a willingness to experiment are exactly what we’re looking for.

How we’ll work The project will move in batches, with feedback throughout:

Days 1–3: First 2 suites + feedback

By Day 10: Next 6 suites

By Day 20: Next 6 suites

By Day 30: Final 6 suites + revisions

This gives us a chance to establish the creative direction together early and gives you clear feedback as the collection develops.

Canva requirement

All final templates must work completely with Canva Free including fonts, graphics, illustrations and other design elements.

They should be fully editable and easy to customize while maintaining the integrity of the original design.

Who can apply?

If you have a strong eye for typography, color, composition, layout and visual communication, we’d like to see your work.

You might be studying design, building your career, freelancing, already working professionally, or simply looking for an interesting creative project alongside your existing work. We’re much more interested in what you can create than how many years you’ve been doing it.

Canva experience is important. Wedding-stationery experience is welcome, but not required.

Shortlisted candidates will receive a creative exercise. We’ll provide the content, dimensions, a simple brief and a couple of visual references.

We want to see how you interpret information visually and bring your own creative thinking to the brief: what you prioritize, how you establish hierarchy, where you place key information or a CTA, and how you use typography, color and composition to create something that is both visually engaging and easy to understand.
