Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Engineering Trainee role based in Pune. The trainee will support engineering and manufacturing operations by assisting in the design, analysis, and improvement of compressed air systems and related equipment.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with senior engineers on mechanical and manufacturing engineering projects, collecting and analyzing operational data,



and contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives on the shop floor. The role involves preparing technical documentation and reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams for project execution, and learning company standards, safety practices, and industry regulations. The trainee will be expected to actively participate in training programs, apply engineering concepts to real-world problems, and support project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

- Strong Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering skills, with a solid understanding of industrial equipment and processes.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and support process optimization.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly.
- Basic Project Management skills to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking engineering and improvement activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Familiarity with CAD tools and engineering design software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of manufacturing concepts such as quality, safety, lean practices, and maintenance is beneficial.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a agile industrial environment, and adhere to health, safety, and compliance standards.
