Role Description This is a full time Graduate Fresher - Insurance Process role at Gallagher, structured as a hybrid position based in Mumbai with some flexibility to work from home. The role involves supporting insurance process operations, including data entry, document verification, and processing insurance-related information accurately and within defined timelines.

Responsibilities include reviewing policy documents, assisting with claims or policy administration tasks, coordinating with internal teams for clarifications,



and maintaining up-to-date records in relevant systems. The role also includes learning and applying standard operating procedures, adhering to compliance and quality guidelines, and contributing to continuous process improvement. Training and guidance will be provided to help new graduates build foundational knowledge of insurance concepts and Gallagher’s processes.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and follow clear process guidelines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working with enterprise systems or databases.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly, follow structured workflows, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, along with reliability, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in any commerce discipline from an accredited institution; interest in insurance, finance, or risk management is an advantage.
- Masters Candidate are not preferred.
