Role Description The Graduate Engineering Trainee role at Star Projects is a full-time, on-site position based in Sitapur. The trainee will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers. Day-to-day tasks include supporting site supervision, reviewing technical drawings, participating in quality and safety checks, and preparing basic reports and documentation.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, learning project management processes,



and gaining hands-on exposure to construction methodologies and engineering practices. This position is designed to provide structured learning and growth opportunities for recent engineering graduates.
