Role Description The Graduate Engineering Trainee (Civil/Mechanical) will support project teams in preparing CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation for various design and fabrication projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in design analysis, coordinating with senior engineers, contributing to project planning, and ensuring drawings and models meet quality and industry standards. The trainee will participate in data collection, basic calculations, and documentation required for manufacturing and construction workflows, while learning company tools, processes,



and best practices.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, offering structured training and mentorship to build a strong foundation in civil or mechanical engineering within a professional CAD environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering fundamentals, with knowledge of CAD tools and basic design principles.
- Manufacturing Engineering understanding, including exposure to fabrication processes, materials, and production workflows.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and present technical information clearly.
- Analytical Skills to interpret drawings, perform basic calculations, troubleshoot design issues, and support engineering decisions.
- Foundational Project Management abilities, such as organizing tasks, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines under guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad within a team-oriented environment.
