Process: Google Pay (GPay) Profile: Team Leader – Sales & Distribution Location: Delhi NCR Noida, Gr Noida, Delhi, Gaziabad Product: QR Code & Sound Box CTC: Up to ₹35,000ctc ## About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our Sales & Distribution team for the Google Pay process. The candidate will be responsible for managing field sales executives, driving merchant acquisition, improving team productivity, and achieving daily and monthly business targets. ## Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives/BDEs.(FL) Develop and execute strategies for merchant acquisition across Delhi NCR.

Generate, source, close, and activate new merchant accounts.

Drive installation and activation of GPay QR Codes and Sound Boxes.

Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and target achievement.

Conduct regular field visits with team members to improve sales performance.

Identify new markets and business opportunities for merchant acquisition.





Ensure proper onboarding and documentation of merchants.

Track inactive merchants and drive reactivation through regular follow-ups.

Provide regular coaching, training, and on-ground support to the sales team.

Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.

Handle team-level escalations and ensure smooth execution of the sales process. ## Mandatory Experience &

Skills Proven experience in field sales and team handling.

Experience managing and motivating a team of sales executives.

Hands-on experience with QR Code and Sound Box sales/installation.

Strong exposure to merchant acquisition in the digital payments/FinTech domain.

Prior experience in merchant onboarding will be an added advantage.

Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in the field and achieve business targets.

Good knowledge of the local Delhi NCR market.
