Key Responsibilities :

- Provide strong technical leadership and solve complex engineering problems efficiently.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from architecture and design to development, deployment, and optimization.
- Build highly scalable, reliable, low-latency backend services and REST APIs.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Business teams to translate requirements into rapid, impactful solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical and organizational bottlenecks.
- Establish engineering best practices, documentation, and development standards.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve engineering efficiency.
- Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Align engineering initiatives with short- and long-term business goals.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of software engineering experience with solid Golang expertise.




- Strong experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB.
- Proven experience building scalable, high-performance, highly available, low-latency distributed systems and REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of DSA, system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience with service-oriented/distributed architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, and/or Kafka.
- Fintech experience across investments, trading, wealth management, or market analytics is a plus.
- Exposure to GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker is preferred.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and experience working in startup/high-growth environments.
