nThis is not a cold-calling role. Leads come in warm via Google Ads. You‘ll have real, consultative conversations with adult scholars planning Germany studies, career moves, visa requirements, or serious personal learning.

nThe Role

nManage the complete lead-to-enrolment journey — warm inbound enquiries to course confirmation

nUnderstand each scholar‘s goal (studies, career, exam, personal) and recommend the right CEFR level (A1–C2)

nConduct consultative counselling calls, follow-ups, and closures

nMaintain CRM discipline — lead status, notes, next actions

nCoordinate with the academic team for cohort placement and onboarding

nOwn individual and team enrolment targets

n✅ What We‘re Looking For

nMinimum 3 years in admissions, ed-tech sales, or education counselling

nPreference for candidates who have sold German language courses (or other foreign language programs)

nConsultative, patient, articulate — this is a premium institute, not high-pressure sales

nComfort with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and structured follow-up workflows

nStrong spoken and written English (Hindi is a plus)

nGenuine interest in education and language learning
