We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee our gold jewellery showroom operations. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA degree and possess a strong background in sales, customer service, team management, and inventory handling within the retail jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily showroom operations, sales staff, and customer relations to ensure smooth business functioning.

Drive sales targets and implement strategies to increase customer footfall and conversion rates.

Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and daily gold accounting/billing operations.

Handle high-value customer inquiries, build long-term relationships, and resolve customer grievances professionally.

Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver premium customer service standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:



MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Marketing, Retail, Management, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the Gold Jewellery field.

Solid leadership, staff management, and communication skills.

Deep understanding of gold quality, making charges, billing systems, and retail operations.

Fluency in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).
