About the Role

We are looking for an experienced GeM Specialist to manage our Government e-Marketplace operations and handle the complete tendering and bidding process.

Key Responsibilites

- Manage the company's GeM portal account and day-to-day operations.
- Search, identify and evaluate relevant GeM bids and tenders.
- Handle end-to-end bid participation and tender submissions.
- Prepare and maintain tender-related documentation and compliance documents.
- Manage product catalogue listing, updates and pricing on GeM.
- Handle Custom Bids, Direct Purchase and Reverse Auctions.
- Monitor bid deadlines, corrigendums and tender requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical documents and commercial proposals.
- Track GeM orders, payments and post-bid activities.




- Maintain proper records and prepare regular reports on bids, orders and business generated.
- Ensure compliance with GeM rules, guidelines and tender requirements.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with the GeM Portal.
- Strong knowledge of GeM bidding and government tendering.
- Experience in tender documentation and bid submission.
- Knowledge of Reverse Auction, Custom Bids, L1 comparison and GeM order processing.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the complete GeM process.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Travel, Hospitality, Corporate Services, MICE or related service industries will be preferred.
