Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Engineer with 6+ years of overall software/AI engineering experience and strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, prompt engineering, and AI application development.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python and practical experience building, deploying, and optimizing production-grade GenAI solutions using modern AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Build enterprise-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Work with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or equivalent models.
- Develop effective prompt engineering strategies for different business use cases.
- Implement document ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, retrieval, reranking, and response generation pipelines.
- Work with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus, or Azure AI Search.
- Develop AI agents and agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications using REST APIs and microservices.
- Develop Python-based AI/ML services and applications.
- Implement model evaluation, hallucination detection, grounding, and response-quality measurement.
- Optimize LLM applications for performance, scalability, latency, and cost.
- Work on fine-tuning, model customization, or parameter-productive techniques where required.
- Implement security, authentication, data privacy,



and responsible AI practices.
- Deploy GenAI applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve AI solutions.
