Role: Software Engineer – Full Stack

Job Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable and maintainable RESTful API endpoints.
- Collaborate with Front-End Engineers to build dynamic, responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Define data models and database schemas.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Build, manage and own deployment pipelines.
- Create and maintain application design, configuration and maintenance documentation.
- Provide accurate timelines for assigned tasks.
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and respond to production emergencies.

Minimum Qualifications

- 6+ years of professional experience working with medium/large and complex codebases.
- Proven experience in Full Stack Development.
- Robust experience with Golang (primarily).




- Experience with Java or Python is an added advantage.
- Strong experience in REST API design and implementation.
- Hands-on DevOps experience.
- Strong communication skills and work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
- Strong knowledge of database management.
- Experience with AWS/cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of React best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with automated deployment tools such as Terraform, Ansible and Jenkins.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum
