About the product:

MPS (Manufacturing Process System) is our platform for SMT (Surface Mount Technology) PCB assembly lines. It acquires real-time events from shop-floor equipment : solder-paste printers,

solder-paste and optical inspection systems, pick-and-place placement machines and reflow ovens ; persists them, runs statistical and defect analysis, and presents dashboards and corrective suggestions to line operators.

The role:

You will build features across the whole stack: the database schema, the backend endpoints,

and the dashboard the operator actually looks at. Features are delivered as vertical slices here rather than handed between a backend and a frontend team, which means you see your work reach a production line.

What you will own:

● End-to-end feature delivery : schema changes, backend endpoints, frontend screens and the tests that cover them.

● Visualisation of high-volume machine event and inspection data that stays responsive at realistic data sizes.

● Maintaining and extending the existing React dashboard modules.

● Participating in code review : both receiving it and giving it.

What we need from you:





● 3–5 years building and maintaining production web applications.

● Java 17 or newer with Spring Boot : REST endpoints, JPA, clean service layering.

● PostgreSQL and working SQL, including joins and aggregation you can reason about.

● React 18 with hooks, and practical state management using Redux Toolkit, React Query or an equivalent.

● TypeScript.

● A charting library in production : ECharts, Recharts, D3 or similar : with awareness of how they behave on large datasets.

● Comfortable in a Git-based team workflow with pull requests and review.

Good to have:

● Python and FastAPI familiarity.

● Tailwind CSS and Vite.

● Building dense operational, industrial or monitoring dashboards.

● An instinct for designing UI that a non-technical user can read at a glance, under factory lighting, without training.
