About the role

We're a tech services agency that builds web products for clients across various domains. No two projects look the same, which means you'll get more variety in a year here than most engineers see in three.

We're looking for a full-stack engineer with about a year of hands-on experience in Node.js and React who wants to ship real features for real clients, learn fast, and grow into owning larger pieces of a codebase. You'll work in a small, senior-led team where your questions are welcome and your code gets reviewed properly.

What you'll do

- Build and maintain features across the stack: React front ends and Node.js/Express (or similar) back ends
- Design and consume REST APIs; work with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Write clean, tested, readable code and participate in code reviews
- Turn client requirements and design mockups into working, responsive UI
- Debug and fix issues across environments, from local to production
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other engineers in agile sprints
- Contribute to estimates, technical discussions, and documentation
- Pick up new tools and libraries as projects demand — and share what you learn with the team

What we're looking for

- 1+ years of professional experience building web applications with Node.js and React




- Solid JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+); TypeScript familiarity is a plus
- Experience with at least one database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Comfortable with Git and standard collaborative workflows (branches, pull requests)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Ability to write clear, concise communication — you'll be talking to clients occasionally
- Curiosity and a willingness to work across multiple projects and problem domains

Nice to have

- Experience with Next.js, Nest.js, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or containerization (Docker)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
- Prior agency, consultancy, or client-facing experience
