N3X Global Solutions — Full Stack Developer (3–5 Years)

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu | Work from Office | Full-Time

What You Will Do

Backend

- Build and maintain scalable REST APIs using Python, Node.js and Express.js
- Design clean database schemas and write efficient queries across SQL and NoSQL
- Implement authentication, session management, and role-based access control
- Integrate third-party services payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, cloud storage, AI APIs
- Build background job pipelines for notifications, report generation, and data sync

Frontend

- Build responsive, functional UIs using React.js and Angular
- Manage application state effectively — React Query, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit
- Consume REST APIs and handle edge cases — loading, error, and empty states
- Optimise performance for real-world conditions — slow networks and low-end devices

DevOps and Ownership

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS — EC2, RDS, S3
- Work with Docker and basic CI/CD pipelines
- Debug production issues independently — read logs, trace errors, fix fast
- Document APIs, schema decisions, and deployment steps

Collaboration





- Work directly with the Tech Lead and founders on architecture decisions
- Translate client requirements into well-scoped technical tasks
- Communicate progress clearly without being chased for updates
- Participate in code reviews and maintain team code quality standards

Tech Stack Backend: Node.js + Express.js, Python

Frontend: React.js 18 + Tailwind CSS

Database: PostgreSQL + MongoDBCloudAWS — EC2, RDS, S3

DevOps: Docker, Git, GitHub Actions

AI Integration: Claude API, OpenAI, Gemini

Must Have

- 3–5 years of real, hands-on full stack development experience
- Strong in Python, Node.js and Express.js — can architect a backend independently
- Solid in React.js — builds complete modules, not just components
- Comfortable with both PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Understands REST API design — versioning, error handling, rate limiting
- Knows Git workflows — branching, pull requests, merge conflict resolution
- Debugs independently — does not wait to be told where the bug is
- Has worked with or integrated AI APIs — Claude, OpenAI, or similar

Good to Have

- Next.js experience
- Docker and containerisation
- CI/CD pipeline setup and management




- AWS hands-on project experience or certifications
- Agile or Scrum experience in a real team setting
- Domain exposure in ERP, SaaS, fintech, or logistics
