Role Description The Full Stack Engineer role at AcreAce is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, working across both front-end and back-end systems.

You will collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to implement user-facing features, integrate AI-driven services, and ensure secure, scalable, and reliable architectures. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, reviewing peer code, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting issues in production environments. You will also contribute to technical decision-making, documentation, and continuous improvement of the platform’s development practices and tooling.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong front-end development skills (e.g., up-to-date JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS) and experience building responsive, user-centric interfaces.
- Candidates should possess back-end development skills (e.g., server-side languages, RESTful APIs, database design and management) and experience with scalable application architectures.
- Candidates should possess experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices (e.g., containerization, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment automation).
- Candidates should possess sound understanding of software engineering fundamentals (e.g., data structures, algorithms, design patterns, testing, and version control with Git).
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience working with AI-driven or data-intensive applications, especially in real estate or related domains, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
