Role Description The Full Stack Engineerqw will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that power AcreAce’s AI-driven real estate platform. This full-time role involves working on both front-end and back-end components, integrating APIs and data sources, and ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. The engineer will collaborate closely with product, data, and legal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and improve the user experience for property search and management.

Responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues,



and contributing to architectural decisions. This is an on-site role based in Kochi, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams in the office.

Qualifications

- Robust proficiency in front-end development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, and responsive UI design).
- Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java; RESTful APIs; microservices; and server-side frameworks).
- Knowledge of databases and data modeling (e.g., SQL/NoSQL, performance optimization, and secure data handling).
- Understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker or Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with secure software development practices, performance tuning, and application monitoring.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment, communicate clearly, and solve problems independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in proptech, fintech, or data-intensive web platforms, and interest in real estate and legal-tech solutions is a plus.
