Role Description

MB SkillHunt is looking for a Full Stack Development Trainer / Teaching Skilled to join our team on a part-time, remote basis.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering online Full Stack Development training to students and learners through structured, practical, and project-based sessions. The role involves explaining technical concepts clearly, conducting hands-on coding sessions, guiding learners through real-world projects, evaluating their progress, and mentoring them toward becoming job-ready developers.

The trainer will train learners in both frontend and backend development and help them understand the complete software development lifecycle, from creating user interfaces and developing backend applications to working with databases, APIs, version control, and basic deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online Full Stack Development training sessions.
- Teach concepts through practical examples, coding demonstrations, assignments, and projects.
- Explain programming and development concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Train learners in frontend, backend, database, API, and software development tools.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, coding exercises, assignments, and project tasks.
- Provide hands-on guidance during coding sessions and project development.
- Monitor learner progress and evaluate assignments and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and technical mentoring to learners.




- Help students identify and resolve coding errors and development issues.
- Guide learners in building real-world Full Stack Development projects.
- Teach Git and GitHub along with basic software engineering practices.
- Introduce learners to deployment, hosting, and application development workflows.
- Help students build practical project portfolios for internships and entry-level opportunities.
- Support learners with technical interview preparation and coding practice.
- Keep training content updated with current industry technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Coordinate with the MB Skill Hunt team regarding class schedules, attendance, learner progress, and training reports.
- Maintain a professional, supportive, interactive, and learner-focused online classroom environment.

Technical Skills Required

Frontend Development:

- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- Responsive Web Design
- React.js or another modern frontend framework

Backend Development:

- Node.js
- Express.js
- REST APIs
- Authentication and Authorization
- Backend application development

Databases:

- MySQL or other relational databases
- MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Database design and basic SQL queries

Development Tools:

- Git
- GitHub
- VS Code or similar development environments
- API testing tools
- Basic deployment and hosting concepts

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent practical experience in software development or technical training will also be considered.
- Strong practical understanding of Full Stack Development concepts.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, software development, or technical training is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.




- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Ability to conduct engaging online classes and keep learners involved.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping learners develop technical skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Developer, Technical Trainer, Coding Instructor, or Mentor.
- Experience working on real-world web development projects.
- Experience conducting online technical training or workshops.
- Experience mentoring students, interns, or entry-level developers.
- Experience preparing students for technical interviews and placement opportunities.
