About the RoleAt Noviqra Technologies, we are looking for a strong hands-on developer who understands how up-to-date real-time web applications work end-to-end.

This role is for someone who is comfortable going beyond normal frontend development and can work confidently with WebRTC, WebSocket and REST APIs.

⭐ Primary Skills – Most Important✅ WebRTC – strong understanding of real-time audio/video communication

✅ WebSocket – real-time, bidirectional communication

✅ REST APIs – strong API understanding, integration and debugging

✅ React.js – hands-on web application development

These will be the core skills for this position.

What You’ll Work On
- Build real-time web applications using React
- Develop and integrate WebRTC-based communication
- Implement WebSocket-based real-time events
- Consume and develop REST APIs
- Connect frontend applications with FastAPI / Node.js services
- Handle real-time call states, events and user interactions
- Work with authentication, sessions and API security
- Debug frontend ↔ backend ↔ real-time communication issues




- Build scalable product dashboards and communication interfaces
- Work closely with backend, AI and product teams
- Convert prototypes into production-ready applications

What We Really NeedYou should be able to understand and work with a flow such as: React UI → REST API → FastAPI / Node.js → WebSocket Events → WebRTC Session → Real-Time User Experience

We are looking for someone who can understand the complete flow, identify where a problem is occurring, and fix it independently.

⭐ Cursor Experience PreferredHands-on experience with Cursor will be strongly preferred.
