About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead to design, develop, and scale modern web applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, Python (FastAPI), AWS Cloud, PostgreSQL/SQL Server, and contemporary software architecture patterns. This role requires a combination of hands-on development, technical leadership, solution design, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Define system architecture, technology stack, and development standards.
- Create technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
- Drive architectural decisions for cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability requirements.

Full Stack Development

- Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js and Python (FastAPI).
- Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize application performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineering teams.

AI & Intelligent System

- Design and implement AI-powered features using LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and AI workflows.
- Integrate AI services, vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques into applications.




- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies where applicable.

Cloud & DevOps

- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Ensure system monitoring, logging, and infrastructure scalability.
- Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.

Leadership & Mentorship

- Lead and mentor engineering teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Drive sprint planning, technical discussions, and project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
