Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, supporting high-throughput event dispatch and device orchestration products/platforms. The ideal candidate will work across our microservice ecosystem—building robust backend logic for real-time event processing as well as clean, functional user interfaces for operational configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

In this role, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features that operate under real-time conditions, where latency, correctness, and reliability are critical. You will work with backend services (Java/Spring communicating via gRPC and REST, backed by PostgreSQL and MongoDB, with RabbitMQ for messaging) and front-end tooling (React/TypeScript).

Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do

Build and maintain web applications and microservices central to high-availability event dispatch and execution capabilities.

Build integrations with distributed internal and external services to abstract system complexity and enable new product capabilities.

Ensure proper security, data protection policies, procedures, and monitoring are implemented across applications and APIs.

Collaborate with product and engineering leads to continuously refine requirements and elevate software quality.

Update client-facing and internal web portals to support new integrations and operational tooling.

Drive and embody a "Dev Owns Quality" engineering culture through automated testing, monitoring, and peer reviews.

Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications: What You Need

5+ years of qualified software engineering experience with strong object-oriented design and architectural skills.

Proven experience in backend development within the Java / Spring ecosystem.

Expertise in designing and developing RESTful web APIs, particularly those targeting external/third-party integrations.





Solid understanding of software design patterns and relational database fundamentals (preferably PostgreSQL).

Hands-on experience building component-based UIs with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript patterns, including hooks, state management, and component composition.

Experience writing unit and integration tests for frontend code using Jest and React Testing Library to ensure UI reliability and identify regressions early.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

Strong foundational knowledge of Python to maintain, debug, and expand existing QA automation test suites (e.g., event management, report generation) as well as author new scripts for emerging features.

Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

Knowledge of modern security best practices, authentication/authorization frameworks, and system/API hardening.

Practical familiarity with development best practices, including unit/integration automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and application observability/monitoring tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Datadog, Sentry).

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in an agile team setup.

Desired / Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

Experience with protocol buffers and gRPC.

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Practical experience using Apache Airflow to schedule and manage test workflows, alongside basic familiarity with GitHub Actions (or similar CI/CD pipelines) to execute automated testing.

Exposure to large-scale IoT device fleets, event-driven webhooks, or operational scheduling systems.
