What You'll Work On
- Build modern, responsive, and highly interactive user interfaces
- Develop and maintain frontend applications across our Talent Cloud platform
- Translate product requirements and design systems into scalable UI components
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services
- Improve application performance, responsiveness, and user experience
- Build reusable components and maintain UI consistency across products
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams during feature development
- Debug issues, optimize performance, and maintain high-quality code standards
- Contribute to frontend architecture discussions and implementation decisions

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with:
- React.js
- Next.js (preferred)
- Experience working with:
- REST APIs
- State management libraries
- Responsive design principles
- Familiarity with:
- Git and version control workflows
- Component-based architecture
- Performance optimization techniques
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and attention to detail
- Exposure to cloud platforms and deployment concepts is a plus
- Experience with AI-powered products or modern frontend tooling is a bonus
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
