We're Instinctive Studio — a digital solutions agency in Bengaluru, and your next project's digital ally. We design touchpoints, build products, and ship things real people actually use.

Right now we're building a real-time, multi-user collaboration platform — the kind of product where two people edit the same document at the same moment and it just works. It's hard, in the fun way: sync, conflict handling, rendering at scale. We need a front-end engineer who's wrestled with state and wants a bigger fight.

What you'll actually do

- Build the front end across web (React) and mobile (React Native — native, not WebView wrappers)
- Wire up real-time collaboration: local-first/optimistic UI, websockets, conflict handling
- Turn detailed Figma into precise, quick, responsive interfaces
- Sweat the unglamorous parts:



performance on mid-range devices, offline states, the edge cases nobody screenshots

What we're looking for

- 2–3 years building production React + React Native front ends
- Strong TypeScript
- Comfortable with the plumbing — webhooks, websockets, REST APIs, auth/JWT flows
- You genuinely experiment with agentic / AI engineering — built with LLMs, agents, tool-calling, and you fold it into how you work. This one matters to us.
- Bonus: real-time/collaborative editing, CRDTs (Yjs), canvas/animation, or virtualized lists
