Role Description The French Teacher and German Teacher roles are contract-based remote positions responsible for delivering high-quality language instruction to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels. In these roles, teachers plan and conduct online lessons, develop lesson plans and learning materials, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual and group learning needs. Day-to-day tasks include assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, and communicating regularly with coordinators or parents/guardians as needed.

Teachers are also expected to incorporate interactive activities, digital tools, and culturally relevant content to keep learners engaged and motivated,



while adhering to Vimokshaa Foundation’s educational standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong French Teaching skills, including the ability to teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation in French.
- Demonstrated Teaching and Tutoring experience, with a learner-centered approach and the ability to manage virtual classrooms effectively.
- Background in Education, with knowledge of curriculum design, assessment methods, and age-appropriate instructional techniques.
- Experience in Teacher Training or mentoring other educators is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in German language teaching for the German Teacher role, with relevant teaching experience or certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, or a related field; advanced certifications in French or German language teaching are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Comfort with online teaching platforms, digital tools, and creating engaging virtual learning materials.
- Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
