Role Description This full-time remote role as a French and Russian Language Interpreter involves facilitating clear, accurate communication between French- and Russian-speaking customers and internal teams or clients. The interpreter will provide real-time verbal and written translation during calls, virtual meetings, and digital interactions, ensuring that information is conveyed precisely and respectfully.

Daily tasks include interpreting customer inquiries, translating documentation or messages, and maintaining records of interactions in line with company policies. The role also involves collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to resolve complex issues, adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards,



and meeting performance and quality metrics.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in French and Russian, with the ability to interpret and translate accurately between both languages and English.
- Excellent listening, comprehension, and communication skills, with a clear and professional speaking style.
- Experience in remote interpreting or translation, preferably in customer service, contact center, or professional business settings.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Comfort with using computers, online communication tools, and call-center or collaboration software.
- Solid attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated intercultural awareness and the ability to interact respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in languages, translation, or communications is an advantage.
- Willingness to work full-time schedules that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on client needs.
- Previous experience with Teleperformance or similar multinational service organizations is a plus.
