Role Description The Freelance Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate content that supports CERF’s communication technology products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and editing marketing copy, web pages, blog posts, product descriptions, and customer-facing documentation aligned with brand guidelines. The role also involves conducting research on industry trends, translating technical concepts into simple language,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure content consistency and quality.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close coordination with marketing, product, and sales teams to meet deadlines and content goals.

Qualifications

- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce concise, error-free content for digital channels.
- Experience in content development for technology or SaaS products, including product descriptions and user-focused copy.
- Ability to research complex topics, interpret technical information, and present it in clear, accessible language.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including SEO basics, content optimization, and audience targeting.
- Excellent command of written English and attention to detail in grammar, tone, and style.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines on-site.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced workplace and responding constructively to feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a content writer, copywriter, or technical writer in the technology or communications sector is an advantage.
