Studio Blotting Paper is a Kolkata/Mumbai-based film and content production house working across Bengali and Hindi theatrical features, OTT series, and live events.

We're looking for a freelance graphic designer to work with us across multiple ongoing productions — think posters, character reveals, publicity campaigns, and social/digital creative for films and web shows currently in production and release.

What you'll work on

•Film and web-show poster design, character posters, teasers and first-look creatives

•Publicity and marketing collateral for theatrical and OTT releases

•Social media creative assets and campaign visuals

•Occasional pitch deck / presentation design support for our production and business development work

What we're looking for

•Strong command of Photoshop and Illustrator (non-negotiable)

•Comfort with Canva for fast-turnaround social/publicity work

•Working familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, or similar) — for concepting, mood boards, or asset generation





•Prior experience with film/web-show poster or publicity design is a strong plus, but not mandatory — we're open to strong portfolios from adjacent design backgrounds

•An eye for typography, composition, and mood — this is prestige/indie content, not stock-template work

Engagement

•Freelance, project-based — you'll work across multiple film/show budgets as assignments come up, not a single retainer

•On-site in Kolkata strongly preferred (you'll be looped into shoots, creative reviews, and quick-turnaround campaigns in person)

Hybrid or remote can be discussed for the right portfolio, but in office candidates will be prioritized To apply:
