Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define business challenges, project objectives, and strategic priorities.

- Lead strategy, transformation, cost optimisation, growth, and operational improvement initiatives.
n
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, financial analysis, and data-driven assessments to develop actionable recommendations.
n
- Structure complex business problems and lead project workstreams from analysis through implementation planning.
n
- Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and business cases for senior stakeholders.
n
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery.
n
- Facilitate workshops and project review meetings and present findings to senior leadership.
n
- Support implementation and change management activities.

nn Skills Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or related discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
n
- 3–7 years of experience in management/strategy consulting, preferably with strong exposure to the energy sector.
n
- Prior experience in energy, power, renewables, utilities, oil & gas, energy transition, or sustainability is preferred.
n
- Solid structured problem-solving, analytical, financial analysis, and business case development skills.
n
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
n
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel;

experience with data analysis preferred.
