Hiring: Founding Full Stack Engineer | React.js | Node.js | AWS

We are looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building products, solving complex problems, and taking end-to-end ownership.

This is not a role focused only on writing code. We are looking for an engineer with a strong startup and product mindset who can understand problems deeply, evaluate multiple solutions, explain trade-offs, and take ownership from requirements and architecture through development, deployment, and production support.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong DSA, problem-solving and CS fundamentals
- Solid hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js
- Experience building REST APIs and backend services
- Hands-on React Native experience
- Strong understanding of AWS and cloud deployments
- Experience with Jenkins CI/CD and AWS CLI
- Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably DynamoDB
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
- Strong technical communication and conceptual clarity
- Proven experience building and shipping features end-to-end




- Ability to think like a product owner and take complete ownership
- Startup/product-based experience or strong startup mindset is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Build scalable web and mobile applications
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js
- Design and deliver end-to-end product features
- Work across frontend, backend, cloud and DevOps
- Participate in architecture and technical design decisions
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance
- Work closely with product managers and engineering leadership
- Take features from concept to production
