WHAT I'M BUILDING

I'm Arshit Jain, and my goal is simple:

I want to make AI useful for people who aren't technical.

AI is moving incredibly fast, but millions of people still don't know how to actually use it in their everyday work. I want to change that.

I want to teach people things like:

- How a salesperson can automate repetitive work
- How a recruiter can automate their workflow
- How a marketer can use AI to save hours every week
- How a founder can build AI workflows without being technical
- How anyone can use AI to become dramatically more productive

I don't want to become another creator who simply posts " 10 AI tools you need to know. " I want practical, useful content.

Eventually, when someone thinks:

"I want to learn how to use AI to automate my work."

I want them to think:

"I should follow Arshit."

That's the brand we're building.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I started building at 17 — a WhatsApp-like chat app I taught myself to make from online videos and trial and error. It never launched, but it was the first time I understood how software actually gets built.

The project that changed everything was a student management system I built for my school. Teachers and students used it every day. That's when building stopped being a hobby and became what I wanted to do with my life.

I joined CloudSEK as a software engineer. Billions of people were downloading mobile apps, but there was no security search engine that could scan apps and give pen testers a proper security score. That's why I launched BeVigil (bevigil.com). I built a crawler that analyzed over 1 million apps to power it. Today, BeVigil is still used to scan that database and find security bugs in mobile apps.

I also launched a consumer mobile app that crossed 10K+ installs within three months of launch — helping people avoid installing malicious apps. I then built BeVigil's enterprise product — an external attack surface monitoring platform that generated $1 million in revenue in its first year.

At Rakuten, I built Knowledge to Insight — a competitive intelligence platform — from scratch. I coded the platform, planned the GTM, set pricing, and onboarded Rakuten Travel and Rakuten Ichiba. It helped both business units grow GMS by 15% and GMV by 12%.

I've spent years building products.



Now I want to build an audience — and I want to do it with someone who's as excited about the journey as I am.

YOUR ROLE

You won't just write scripts.

You will own the content engine.

You'll work directly with me to:

- Develop the content strategy
- Find high-potential content opportunities
- Research AI news, launches, tools and workflows
- Write Instagram Reels and short-form scripts
- Develop scroll-stopping hooks
- Turn complex AI concepts into simple stories
- Find practical AI use cases for non-tech people
- Study successful creators and understand why their content works
- Analyze content performance
- Test new formats and angles
- Build repeatable content systems
- Help shape my voice and positioning as a creator

I don't want to give you a brief every morning. I want you to come to me and say:

"I found something. We should make this."

You should constantly be asking:

- What should we post?
- Why will people care?
- How do we make them stop scrolling?
- How do we make them watch until the end?
- How do we make them share it?

That's ownership.

BE AI-NATIVE

I want someone who can use AI like a research team.

Use AI for research, trend discovery, ideation, reference collection, competitor analysis, first drafts, content analysis, repurposing, and automation.

Build AI agents and workflows that can find content ideas every day, monitor AI trends, track what creators are talking about, collect interesting examples, analyze successful content, and turn research into potential scripts.

AI does the heavy lifting. You bring the taste.

I'm not looking for someone who asks ChatGPT to write a script and submits the first answer.

I want someone who can read a script and say:

- "This sounds like AI."
- "This hook is boring."
- "People will drop here."
- "This needs a better story."
- "This is the angle that will work."

You need a strong instinct for:

Hooks · Curiosity · Retention · Pacing · Storytelling · Payoff

EXPERIENCE SCALING BRANDS IS A BIG PLUS

I'd love to see someone who has actually created and scaled content or brands.

This role includes a monthly cash component . For the right person, equity will also be part of the prospect.
