Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic professional to join the Founder's Office and work directly with the leadership team. This is not a conventional influencer marketing role, it is for someone who understands the creator economy, thinks beyond campaign execution, and can drive business growth through innovative strategies.

The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the influencer ecosystem, the ability to identify emerging trends, and the mindset to build scalable solutions for brands, creators, and the agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with the Founder on strategic business initiatives and growth projects.
- Design and lead innovative influencer marketing strategies for brands across categories.
- Build and strengthen relationships with top creators, talent managers, agencies, and brand stakeholders.
- Identify current revenue opportunities, creator-led formats, and platform trends to keep Talentrix Media ahead of the market.
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact campaigns with a strong focus on creativity and measurable results.
- Analyze campaign performance, consumer insights,



and industry trends to drive strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with client servicing, creator management, and business development teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Take ownership of special projects, partnerships, and agency-wide initiatives from ideation to execution.

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital strategy.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media landscape.
- Proven ability to build influencer strategies that deliver business impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and solve complex challenges.
- Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in content creation or managing personal/professional social media content is highly preferred,
- A strong understanding of content trends, storytelling, and audience engagement across digital platforms.
