Founder's Office is not a specialist role. You sit next to the founder and take on whatever the project needs that week. One week that is drafting a grant application, the next it is cleaning burn detection data, the next it is coordinating a field visit with a block level agriculture officer.

This suits someone who wants range over depth right now, and who is comfortable being handed problems without instructions.

What you will actually do

- Research and draft applications for grants, fellowships, and competitions
- Prepare briefs, decks, and reports for government officers, advisors, and funders
- Handle correspondence and follow ups with academic collaborators and partner organisations
- Support field operations planning, including logistics for sensor deployment and farmer outreach
- Clean, organise, and sanity check datasets from satellite feeds and field nodes
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and commitments across the whole project
- Write for the website, documentation, and public communications

Who we are looking for

- Writes clearly and quickly in English. This is the single most important filter
- Comfortable with ambiguity and short deadlines




- Reads a technical paper without panicking, even if the domain is new
- Basic comfort with spreadsheets. Familiarity with Python, GIS, or electronics is a bonus but not required
- Working knowledge of Bengali or Hindi is a strong plus for field facing work
- Students and early career applicants are welcome. We care about output, not credentials
