The role

Work directly with the founder on strategy, planning, and execution. A generalist role by design — ideal for someone early in their career who wants to understand how a healthcare business is actually built.

What you’ll do

- Sit in on strategy discussions and turn decisions into plans, timelines, and trackers
- Support growth of our medical education app — acquisition, engagement, retention
- Help plan and launch our obesity and diabetes-focused clinic programs
- Build decks, run research, coordinate vendors and partners, close loops
- Take on whatever the business needs — this is an early-stage environment

Who we want

- 0–2 years experience, or a strong fresher
- Genuinely curious about healthcare, education, and business
- Organised, reliable, comfortable with Excel and presentations
- Explicit English; based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
- Medical background welcome, not required
