Amama Partners LLP is hiring for Founder's Office in Noida. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and act as his force multiplier.

This is for someone early in their career from consulting, banking, or a quick-moving startup who wants outsized exposure to building a company.

What You'll Do:

Own strategic projects - new market launches, pricing changes, org design, M&A; diligence, fundraising prep. Identify what's broken - processes, dashboards, hiring pipelines - and fix it without being asked. Prep for board meetings, investor updates, key external meetings; draft memos, decks, communications.

Do market sizing, competitive research, financial modeling for fast decision-making.



Step into urgent problems - customer escalations, vendor negotiations, hiring pushes. Coordinate across Sales, Product, Ops, Finance to keep priorities aligned.

What We're Looking For:

2-5 years in high-intensity environment - consulting, investment banking, fast-growing startup, or Founder's Office/Chief of Staff role. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and bias for action.
