About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Passionfruit, you’ll work directly with clients to turn complex business and marketing challenges into scalable, measurable outcomes. Using Passionfruit’s internal platform and technology, you’ll build, configure, and deploy AI workflows that help brands improve their visibility across AI-driven search and discovery.

You’ll work at the intersection of clients, tech, and product; translating real-world problems into practical solutions, bringing field insights back to the team, and helping build repeatable systems that scale across clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner directly with clients to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and challenges, translating them into explicit solutions and delivery plans.
- Build, configure, and deploy scalable workflows using Passionfruit’s internal platform to drive measurable outcomes across AI search and discovery.
- Adapt and scale repeatable solutions across different client accounts, use cases, and industries.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Client Success to align client needs with platform capabilities and execution.




- Monitor workflow and performance data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- Bring insights and feedback from the field back to internal teams to improve the platform, workflows, and overall client experience.
- Help turn successful client solutions into repeatable systems and scalable delivery models as Passionfruit grows.

You’ll be a great fit if you have

- Min. 5 years of experience in marketing, growth, consulting, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing workflows, channels, and performance metrics.
- Experience working with multiple clients, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Ability to identify patterns, structure problems, and translate insights into actionable solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- An interest in AI, automation, platforms, and the future of marketing is a strong plus.
