About the Company:

A rapidly growing beverage and food processing company is looking for a skilled Food Technologist to develop and enhance our range of juices, mocktails, sharbats, and vinegars. We are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative products and are looking for an expert to drive our R&D; and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and refine formulations for beverages, juices, sharbats, and vinegars.
- Ensure product consistency, taste, and shelf stability.
- Work with natural ingredients, preservatives, and flavors for optimal quality.
- Innovate and improve existing products while creating new market-leading beverages.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other food safety regulations.
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain high production standards.
- Collaborate with production teams for large-scale manufacturing.

Requirements:

✅ Degree in Food Technology / Food Science or related field.

✅ 2 years of experience in beverage formulation.

✅ Expertise in ingredient selection, shelf-life enhancement, and flavor balancing.





✅ Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.

✅ Passion for innovation in the beverage industry.
