Compensation: ₹15,000 / month Base + Milestone Bonuses (Up to ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 based on sprint delivery)

​About the Role​Sriraam Innovation is an agile, science-backed startup focused on specialized medical nutrition. We are expanding our operational footprint and utilizing the pilot facilities at the MABIF Incubation Centre.

​We are hiring our first two core team members—ambitious Food Graduates who can take full ownership of on-site R&D;, pilot scale-up, and commercial manufacturing.

​This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on autonomy, enjoy being their own boss on the floor, and want to gain hands-on experience taking a product from concept to 100 kg production runs.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Process Execution: Execute and refine formulations for a plant-based medical nutrition syrup using enzymatic hydrolysis and extraction techniques.
- ​Scale-Up & Production: Move formulations independently through 3 distinct phases: Lab Trials ➡️ Pilot Scale ➡️ Full 100 kg Commercial Runs.
- ​Operations & Compliance: Manage daily manufacturing routines, raw material logistics, quality checks, and mandatory food safety bookkeeping at the facility.
- ​Facility Coordination:



Operate full-time within the MABIF incubation center environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and batch consistency.

​Key Qualifications
- ​Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Processing, Biotechnology, or allied fields.
- ​Experience: 1–2 years of practical experience in R&D;, formulation, or manufacturing environments (experience with enzymatic processes or extraction is a strong plus).
- ​Mindset: High autonomy, problem-solving capability, and a willingness to perform both high-level scientific work and hands-on production tasks.
- ​Execution Focus: Ability to work against structured project deadlines, specifically driving our upcoming 6-week product sprint.

​What We Offer
- ​Base Salary: ₹15,000 / month
- ​Performance Bonuses: Up to ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 tied to successful delivery of project milestones and scale-up timelines.
