- Manage daily café and F&B; operations, including opening/closing and smooth floor functioning.

- Supervise service staff, captains, stewards and other front-of-house team members.

- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely, accurate and quality service.

- Maintain high standards of guest service, hospitality, cleanliness and presentation.

- Handle customer feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally and promptly.

- Monitor food and beverage quality, portion control and consistency as per café standards.

- Control inventory, stock movement, wastage and food/beverage costs.

- Coordinate with vendors and support timely procurement of operational requirements.

- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing and operational reports.





- Drive revenue through suggestive selling, upselling, promotions and excellent menu knowledge.

- Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.

- Train, coach and motivate team members on service standards and SOPs.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food-safety, housekeeping and workplace-safety standards.

- Support management in implementing operational improvements and customer-experience initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
