Job Overview

Katyayani Organics is looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, integrating REST APIs, working with Firebase, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly applications for Android and iOS platforms.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.
- Implement and manage Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, and Push Notifications.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement application features.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application performance, functionality, and usability issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of applications.
- Handle application deployment, updates, and maintenance on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.
- Maintain technical documentation and manage source code using Git/GitHub.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
- Hands-on experience with Firebase,



including Authentication, Firestore, Notifications, and Cloud Functions.
- Experience with REST API integration and backend communication.
- Good understanding of State Management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js, MongoDB, and backend integration.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda is an added advantage.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
- Valuable understanding of mobile application architecture, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ability to convert Figma/UI designs into responsive and functional mobile interfaces.
- Understanding of mobile app security, scalability, and deployment processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of professional experience in Flutter application development.
- Experience in Agri-Tech, E-commerce, ERP, CRM, or other technology-driven application development will be preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
