Job Title: Analyst – Floor Planning

Floor Planning & Design

- Prepare and modify store floor plans for prototypical and non-prototypical stores.
- Support space planning, equipment placement, and layout optimization.




- Adapt standard store prototypes to site-specific conditions while maintaining brand standards.
- Incorporate review comments and update layouts accurately. Equipment (EQ) Review
- Assist in reviewing equipment layouts for compliance with operational and design requirements.
- Validate equipment placement against approved standards and design guidelines.
- Identify basic layout conflicts and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve equipment-related queries.

Design Review & Quality Control

- Review floor plans for drafting accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
- Perform quality checks before submitting design deliverables.
- Support resolution of design inconsistencies and documentation updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with minimal revisions. Tools & Technical Execution
- Develop and update floor plans using Revit.
- Use Bluebeam for drawing reviews, markups, and documentation.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, store layouts, and design documents.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation. Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Operations teams to gather design inputs.
- Participate in design review meetings and incorporate feedback.
- Communicate project updates and clarify design-related queries with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in floor planning, architectural drafting, or layout design.
- Experience in retail store planning is preferred.
- Basic understanding of equipment (EQ) layouts and store planning concepts is desirable.

Skills & Competencies





- Knowledge of architectural floor planning and space planning principles.
- Proficiency in Autocad , Revit and familiarity with Bluebeam.
- Understanding of retail store layouts and design standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
