We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing and assembly operations in a drone/UAV production facility.

The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing production teams, monitoring assembly activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, coordinating with engineering and quality teams, and achieving daily and monthly production targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing floor operations, production planning, team management, quality control, inventory coordination, and process improvement. Experience in aerospace, drones, electronics, automotive, defence manufacturing, or precision engineering will be preferred.

- Manage daily manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing, and production-floor activities.
- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Allocate manpower, machines, tools, and workstations according to production priorities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.
- Monitor work-in-progress at every stage of drone assembly and integration.
- Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain smooth workflow between assembly, electronics integration, testing, quality inspection, and dispatch.

Strong production-floor and manufacturing management skills.

Knowledge of assembly-line operations and production planning.

Good understanding of electronics, mechanical assemblies, wiring, and electromechanical systems.

Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, assembly instructions, and technical documents.

Knowledge of quality control and manufacturing inspection processes.

Strong manpower and shift-management capabilities.

Problem-solving and root-cause-analysis skills.

Knowledge of 5S, Lean, Kaizen, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strict delivery schedules.

- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel will be an advantage.
