We are looking for a passionate, responsible, and energetic Fitness Trainer to join our team. Freshers with a recognized fitness/personal training certification are also welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Guide members with proper exercise techniques and safe training practices
- Conduct fitness assessments and understand members' goals
- Prepare and demonstrate suitable workout programs
- Support members during their workouts and ensure proper form
- Build positive relationships with members and provide motivation
- Handle Personal Training clients professionally
- Maintain proper records of Personal Training sessions and member progress
- Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment
- Participate in gym activities, member engagement, and retention initiatives
- Follow the training standards and operating procedures of 365 Shape

Requirements:-

- Certification/Diploma in Personal Training, Fitness Training, or a related field




- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Previous experience as a Fitness Trainer is preferred Good knowledge of strength training, functional training, mobility, and basic exercise science
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and punctuality
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals
