Role Description The Fire Alarm Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area. The technician will install, program, test, and maintain fire alarm and life safety systems in residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Daily responsibilities include inspecting existing systems, diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

The role involves documenting work performed, preparing service reports, coordinating with project teams, and communicating clearly with clients on system status and recommended actions. The technician will also support system upgrades, conduct routine preventive maintenance, and participate in safety and technical training as required.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in low voltage engineering and practical knowledge of electrical wiring and circuits relevant to fire alarm systems.
- Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for identifying and resolving faults in alarm and related electrical systems.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with alarm systems, including installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of fire detection and notification equipment.
- Candidates should possess understanding of life safety principles, local fire codes, and standards related to fire alarm and emergency systems.
- Candidates should possess effective customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients, site personnel, and internal teams.
- Certificate or diploma in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field is preferred; manufacturer or fire alarm system certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics, follow safety protocols, and work independently on-site in diverse environments.
- Previous experience as a Fire Alarm Technician or in a similar low-voltage life safety role within residential, commercial, or industrial projects is highly beneficial.
