The International Card Services (ICS) FP&A; team leads the end-to-end forecasting and financial planning processes for the ICS segment, providing decision support to senior Finance leaders by producing P&L; reports and analyses, bringing forward analytical insights, and carrying out thorough financial planning. The main focus of the role will be developing insightful financial analyses and framework across the ICS FP&A; team, improving forecasting and planning models, and preparing and presenting materials for ICS Finance & Business Leadership.

In addition, the role will play a key part in driving Finance transformation through the adoption of GenAI, automation, and advanced analytics, enabling more efficient processes, enhanced business insights, and improved decision support.

The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical and modelling skills, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across organization
